SMW Local Union 104 is the California leader in HVAC, Architectural and sheet metal construction. We are a membership made up of over 9,000 highly skilled craftspeople that are trained to perform a wide selection of skills such as the production, fabrication, installation, detailing, and testing and balancing of sheet metal products and HVAC. Our apprenticeship program ensures that our membership receives the highest level of training to prepare them for a lifelong career. This State-approved program cultivates a knowledgeable workforce that sets the standard of quality for our industry.
